Anyone from the UK?

So if you lived on an intersection of time zones you could have friends down the road all on different time zones!
Yes - what time shall we meet? At 7 yours or mine?

It's a bit like when council boundaries are along the middle of roads so you get different bin days on each side of the road. :ROFLMAO:

Bringing it back to bin days? I like your style Jonno. Classy

What clocks never change? I rarely change the one in my car or on the cooker.

Anything I have that has a manual time zone setting (PC, laptops) or is mechanical (cooker, car, traditional clocks & watches) has stayed on GMT all year since the late 1980s. All the modern digital, mostly Android, stuff (this tablet, BlackBerry, smart watch, radio synchronised clock) I tolerate.

I believe there are (possibly apocryphal) buildings straddling state lines where different rooms are theoretically in adjacent zones.
I remember when I was young and we traveled to Scotland on holiday from Newcastle. We stopped on the border and I straddled the border so basically one leg was an hour ahead of the other.

I'm not aware of any time since their introduction in 1884 when there have been multiple timezones within the UK.

An air fryer and a combination microwave/grill/oven system gives lots of options, except boiling peas or carrots.
