Ah that’s so frustrating isn’t it. You wanna go back to sleep but brain is too noisy. I have phases where I go to bed early, have a decent sleep but then wake up about 3am & can’t get back to sleep.

I’m up early watching the cricket.

If theres one on offer I’ll have a tea please
