Anyone from the UK?

The complex reasons why they go into the millitary, then the family of the army, the routine, training and discpline then suddenly they have do it all for themselves and the routine is removed. No wonder its a struggle!

The sessions I'm involved in on Fridays are for a charity along those lines. RN, Army, RAF and blue light services, too. Using arts, crafts and modelling as therapy to help relieve any stress and to keep them involved in a community.
