Ive managed to build up to just over 1000 steps a day walking around my living room with my frame. Had to put phone in pocket as steps were not being registered on smart watch.
Oh definitely, walking for longer periods each time, building my stamina up. Gone from 5 laps to 16 laps since October
that just puts me to shame, I shall have to do better!

Not quite. I do on average 16 laps 3 times a day, usually twice in morning and another one in the afternoon. 16 laps works out to about 400 steps. I managed 1500 steps yesterday but was so achy by the end of the day.16 laps is 1k steps! How big is your lounge!
