anyone here follows or likes baseball?

I love my Angels but...I think they screwed themselves royaly letting so many go this season. I think it is going to be a rough year for me :(

I think you may be pleasantly surprised. I think you will be happy with Matsui in place of Guerrero. Obviously, he will not be what Guerrera was a few years ago, but neither is Vlad. Lackey is your loss and our gain, but if Santana and Kazmir are healthy, with Saunders and Piniero, that's not a bad rotation. You've added a couple of very good pitchers in Piniero and Kazmir. Great outfield.

Anyway, who in the West is going to beat you? (You might be fourth in the East, but that's another matter)

The loss of Vlad is indeed not as bad as it seems, I think I was just attached as he has been one of my favorite players for quite sometime. As for Lackey, damn idiot management for trading him...grrrrrr. I will keep my fingers crossed on the health of the new group....maybe I will be pleasantly surprised :)

BTW...your Red Sox can Bite me! ;)

LOL, if the biting distracts them long enough for my Angels to soundly beat them....I may just have to endure for the sake of my team. Call me a die hard fan. ;)

Rangers of course, they have never won anything, but spending the afternoon in the center field bleachers, drinking and tanning is toooooo much fun to resist.

....hmmm...I bet you have just converted every male baseball fan on here into a Ranger's fan.....(and I bet you will have a ton of company in those bleachers this year....:D )
