Anyone use inversion therapy?

I'll be serious for a moment...no I've never tried inversion therapy, however I have heard that it's very good at helping certain ailments.

Twice a week

I hang upside down and incorporate inversion workouts into my routine.....Try a pullup from the waist while hanging upside down.....try a set of ten, then a set of fifteen.....start with five, though, it is an effort and not one that should be predicated prior to a physical examination - if yer over thirty and I am by a few years.....
Great alternative workout.....

send some of those drinks this way. :)

I got sidetracked. Mimosa?

Narcissistic personalities do not convert. Their dysfunctional traits are passed on to your children.

Stop it, troll.

Bats seem to like hangin' upside down. Of course they can also fly and eat bugs. I bet bein' incontinent is a bummer tho. ;)

Bugs have protein.
