I generally do the salt, and forget the lime.
When I started drinking it, they served it to me w/ lemon instead. Good stuff
Try this, have a sexy 'friend' (who also likes tequila) suck the lemon, and give them a great big smootch after you knock your shot back. (Never did this, but I always wanted to try
