Are archived notifications still accessible?

Hello again all, long time no nothing, I know. So the last thread I posted about 2 years ago was asking if there was a way at the time to view all the favorites on a particular story of yours or mine. No one replied, and I thought it was more or less a lost cause, and I stopped trying to keep track of my stories' activity. Well, just out of curiosity, the other day I tried to switch back to classic mode on one of my stories, and lo and behold, I actually could access the old UI, and once more see all the users who favorited it by hovering over the additional text. However, when I went back through my activity feed, I'm seeing now that it only appears to go back several months, and I don't believe I see the link to archived notifications anywhere. So I'm not sure if I can access the notifications that at least go back to the point where I stopped keeping track on my own. I checked through the forums, and it seems literally no one has been talking about this since last October. I know I'm probably just "late" on this, and my apologies, it's just something it hadn't occurred to me to try again until now. Any links I click on from last fall now just lead to "Page Not Found". Is there still any way to access the old/archived notifications? Thanks, Smokey

I'll give an answer so your question doesn't go completely unanswered.

When they first introduced the limit to the length of the history you could view, there was a link at the end of the list that would take you to the archived entries. I don't see that now.

Maybe someone else knows more.

Hey NotWise. It's okay if no one answers, sometimes there are questions no one available might have the answers to. Thanks for your reply nonetheless, I appreciate it. Yeah, it's true, I don't see that archive link down at the bottom anymore either. I'll let you know if I find out anything. Cheers.

@Smokey125, this is only a guess, but I'd say since you can't find the link, they killed it, and you cannot go back further. Again, it's just a guess, from a not-so-good guesser, I guess.

Hey MillieDynamite, thanks for your reply too. Yeah, it's a distinct possibility that that feature is just gone now... I hope it's not, perhaps it's a temporary bug that just needs to be worked out. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see. ;)(y)
