Getting ready to paint some christmas ornaments to sell, but thought I'd check out my emails and Lit first since I haven't checked them since Wed night.

going pretty good, we're doing ceramics in art class though, and I'm not very good with that at all! we need to go back to regular pad and pencil haha

That's great to hear things are going good with your classes.

I can understand about the ceramics - I'm horrible at that! My mom has a piece that I did in craft class in the 7th grade and a piece I did one semester in college when I was like 19 and unfortunatly there is very little difference! They're both lopsided and wobbly and just plain BAD! But mom keeps them anyway ! (she's even dug them out of the trash when I tried to throw them away several years ago!)

I'd better go get busy or I'll get nothing done today!

LOL... I cant carry the couch to a restaurant, let alone carry it down the block.

I think that the "thorw pillows" as you call them would have something to say about you calling them that.. lol

What kind of clothing are you supposed to wear to this place? Is it shorts, or nice clothes? i've never been there, so i have no idea how to dress for it.

i may end up a little late, depending on what time they let me out of work that day..

The dress code is Casual to nice.. I have seen people in there in t-shirts and jeans.. so I guess that is even ok.. seeing it is at 4pm, I dont think you need to get dressed up...


Of course you can come as you are or you can come au' natural.

Until the winds blew in yesterday, I'd say shorts were fine. But at 4 pm, I'd say they're still fine. If you get cold, you're just going to have to find something (or someone) to keep you warm.
