Oops... sorry, my pm to AZMajician wasn't very pc (politically correct). But being the typical guy - when you hear there's a party, the first thing we think is 'oh, any cute girls going to be there'. But I should have asked if there'd be any fun/nice people.

Yamahadrummer remember this, "You only get one chance to make a good first impression". And what does asking about cute girls have anything to do with politics????????

Would love to be at the gathering, but prior commitments leave me no time to make the trip from Tucson.

LOL, I guess I am not a typical guy.. I went to the last one, not having any idea if there were going to be cute "girls" there or not. I went there not knowing if there were going to be beautiful "Women" there or not.

In fact I went there not knowing if anyone would show up. forgetting that I even got a ride from someone, I didnt care or give a hoot what anyone "looked" like.

I went to MEET people that I had been chatting with here on LIT and wanted to meet in person. I went to make those people that I "chat" with.. friends, and acquaintances, not just chat words. not just messages.

ShadowCat, SierraMoon and I set up the first get-together to meet PEOPLE that we had been sharing things with. to get to know others that we enjoyed talking or typing to.

The entire idea of a get-together is to meet or eye-ball those people. Not to hook up with the hotties, not to score with the babes, not to just find a hook-up.

The Get-together if for us to meet, talk, have fun, and make closer bonds with people that we might not really know.

If you are not going because you are not sure that you will be accepted, or not sure that you are the "perfect" specimen of your gender , or if you are not wanting to meet people, If you are not human... so dont go.

IF IN FACT, you want to meet people, if you want to have a fun evening, if you like to get to know other people, and you enjoy chatting in person with REAL people, and are not only looking for PERFECT people, but enjoy being with other human beings that like to have fun, a good time and people that enjoy conversing with others.. regardless of their looks, or gender, or even their lack of hair. (I am bald, so if you dont like it too bad for you).

The Get-together is on February 28th, 5pm at Macayo's on Central avenue in Phoenix. (just south of indian school road.

Be there if you are a real person, be there if you like fun, be there if you can make it.. ... or dont.. your choice as we as humans do have the choice ....

I will be there, and if Shadow and Sierra are there, and no one else were to show, I know I would have a great time, as they are great people to know, to chat with, and in my eyes.. beautiful people. You ask if they are cute???

Define cute. Yes I think that they are wonderful, yes I think they are friends, and yes it was fun last time.. and I know it will be fun this time.. hey.. what ever...

That will never happen.....LOL

Usually the snow is gone by 9-10am the next day. And if it is still around....will break out the big 4x4 to get outtta town instead of bringing the car...... So you may continue to look forward to meeting us!! (and we are looking foward to meeting you all too)

OOPS

Just wanted to say hi again
I have been so busy with things around the apt and with friends over that I have not had time to post...
 
ok.. after spending the last dany and a half or so reformatting and reloading this computer and the hard drive.. I am finally back online.. I think...

Unfortunately, I have not had any sleep in three days and also have a temp of 102.. sinuses are backed up real bad, and throat is hurting like a sun of a beyatch... so.. unless I cant chill down and feel better I wont be going anywhere today/this afternoon/this evening.. (heck I just noticed it is 5 minutes to 1am here.

ok.. off to bed.. hoping temp goes down.. chat at you all later...

Hope ya are feeling better.

Know what you mean with computer crap.....I just upgraded to Windows XP from Windows ME.....and it was pretty smooth...but still some bugs to work out..........UGHHH!!!


If you aren't feeling good later today.......We will miss ya.....if you cant come....that is understandable!! We will be there.....under the name of MAGIC.....and hope to see eveyone else there too!!


Some on all you other ARIZONA people....get off your ass and come to dinner!!!

Wow, what a great time we had tonight.... Shadowcat, me, Turbo and Luvr met at Macayo's for dinner, and even had a surprise guest show up! One of those evil lurkers ;)

We had awesome conversation, good food and plenty of laughs. These are all great people who make others feel very comfortable.... i think i may have felt a little too comfortable, and shared too many stories of my life :cool:

Indeed we did.......Just got home ourselves. WOW!!! What a great night. Thinking to myself that my abs may be hurting in the morning from so much laughter.

The BASEMENT.....well.....More then words can say......Glad we were finally directed to it.

Shadow, and Sierra.....Awesome time. Glad we were able to meet. Just remember .....the "life like dongs".....may cause "anal leakage" LMFAO

It's not fair... we didn't get a pic of you and Mystery Man J.... :p

It was a great night, and we are looking forward to the next one!! Hopefully we will get to meet some more new friends then!!

Luvrgurl and Turbo are an awesome couple, made us feel totally comfortable from the first moment, and are as sexy in r/l as they are in their pic thread!! If you haven't checked it out, you NEED to!!!!! :D
