Assassin, Father, Lover...

Emily would never tire of the beauty that she found in Alaska. The mountains covered in snow were breathtaking and the scenic outlook that Danny pulled into was absolutely stunning. She found it charming that he wanted to photograph her, taking her picture for a while as she sat on the stone wall. She had to laugh as he fussed to get the right angle and shook her head when he smiled behind the camera.

"I don't think I've ever been anyone's model before." She commented, brushing a loose hair back behind her ear. "I'm happy that someone finds me beautiful enough to do it though."

Danny clicked away from behind the camera and smiled putting it down for a second for a second. "Well I think it's wrong for anyone not to find you beautiful. My regret was not coming to meet you sooner. I know Kayla thought the world of you, so I should have at least met you because of that. She's been my world for the last few years. Maybe it's time to let someone else in as well."

With that he placed the camera on the hood of the vehicle and walked over to her and kissed her on the lips. He war firm but passionate and didn't break his kiss. He caresses her hair and hugged her to him before helping her down off the wall on the edge of the road. He nuzzled her softly and whispered to her, "I want to spend more time with you but we should be getting further down the road Emily."

"Well, we'll have to make up for lost time." Emily said with a laugh as Danny placed the camera down on the hood of his car and soon had her wrapped up in his arms.

She let out a sigh as he kissed her passionately, his hand caressing over her hair and hugging her tightly before he helped her down from the wall. She was swimming in the sensations that Danny was awakening in her as he nuzzled against her cheek, whispering to her that he wanted to spend time with her.

"We have a nice little retreat waiting for us. Then we can spend all the time that we want together behind closed doors." Emily said with a grin, falling a little bit deeper in love with Danny as he admitted that he wanted her.

The rest of the drive there the couple exchanged loving glances, some hand holding, and when they checked in they were very lovey-dovey. The staff and few others at the lodge had to observe that easily. While Danny made a point of listing all the potential threats, escape routes, and items that could be used as weapon he paid attention to his wonderful companion. It was dangerous to have distractions, but he didn't really mind it all that much for once.

He did contact Kayla but her babysitter said she was out playing with her dogs and having a good time. He told her not to interrupt her and just confirmed his contact information before rejoining Emily. They headed out to the lovely cabin on the sprawling property. It was very lovely and once they were inside the place looked very well kept. He told Emily to look about and went about his business of unloading the car.

He'd put all the food away when he took the last two bags of personnel items and his attache-cache. The case was sealed with a special lock and took a lot of punishment. He had several from his former occupation and still liked to keep them handy. It contained some of his better weapons. He wasn't expecting a fight, but he'd have all he needed to make things interesting. He would have to keep Emily in the dark about what was in it though. it was hard to explain and he knew he could easily scare her with the contents.

He found her in the bedroom and he put down the bags and smiled. "That's the last of everything from the car. What do you want to do first Emily?"

"How about we do some exploring?" Emily asked as she put her luggage on the bed and unpacked a few things. "I want to see what the lake has to offer and maybe we can scout out some hiking trails for later. I'm sure they probably have some good ones around here."

She grinned towards him, giddy that she was getting the chance to spend some time alone with him. She really liked Danny and she was eager to see where this new relationship went. Moving towards him, she couldn't help pressing a kiss against his lips before she moved into the bathroom to put her things away.

He smiled and kissed her as she walked by to the bathroom. Well she wasn't ready for sex just yet, but why rush things. He knew he liked this woman, but he had to get to know her. Not like a target with cold hard facts and photos, but rather as a friend and lover. He needed to spend time with her, and by no means would that be a chore. He smiled and walked over by the window and looked out. He'd already determined several ways to defend the place, and where attackers might come from. Now he needed to enjoy the mountains and the like.

"I would be happy to take a nice long walk out by the lake. You know stretch out after the car ride. I know they have signs posted so perhaps we'll just do a little recon for today. Then maybe come back and cook. I'd like to do that with you Emily."

I'd like to do many things Danny said to himself.

"Sounds like a plan." Emily said with a grin, knowing that she had a few things hidden away in her case to impress Danny with later on that evening. It was a lacy little number, one that she hoped he wouldn't simply send her to bed without satisfaction while wearing.

"Let me get a few things settled and then we can go." She commented, hurrying to finish up the last of her unpacking.

When she was done, she took his hand and they left the cabin, heading down towards the water and the trails that led around it. She felt giddy with joy, her belly full of butterflies as she squeezed his hand tightly, looking up at him with bright eyes.

"I'm really excited that we decided to come." She murmured with a grin. "And I can't wait to see what happens. Especially tonight. If you were interested, of course."

Danny had trust for the woman so he had not searched her bags when he had the chance. He'd always had a heightened sense when it came to danger and he never felt that with this woman. He felt caring and trust something he'd always looked for in his life. He'd been betrayed and disappointed many times. This felt would be different so he took her hand and went with her outside to the lake.

After she spoke he turned to her and looked into her eyes. "I'm very interested and we don't need to wait until tonight, but let's spend some time together being close. Being naked together is just one part of intimacy. I want to know all of you."

With that they begin walking down the path around the lake. He kept holding her hand and leaned in to kiss her on the cheek. He whispered softly into her ear, "I already know I have feelings for you. It's just hard for me to express how much that really means to me though. I didn't think I'd really have these again. I've had relationships with women, but never anything like this since..."

He stared out over the lake.

"Since Kayla's mother." Emily said with a sad smile of understanding. "Danny, you don't have to be shy about talking about her. She was a large part of both of your lives. She gave you that beautiful little girl and she cared about you. Kayla always talks about her in the best way."

She also blushed as she thought about his words. He didn't want to wait until that evening. He was also content spending time with her. The thought made her giddy with anticipation as she leaned against his side.

"Well, I wouldn't say no whenever you wanted to pull me to bed." She murmured softly, her brown eyes looking up into his own as she gave him a shy smile.

"Yes since her and I didn't think I'd meet someone that special again. I was abused a lot growing up. Couldn't have pet's, was in an institution, and even people who said they cared about me didn't. She showed me love and kindness and I didn't think that was possible."

He reached over and held her too him close as they looked out at the lake. "Your special to me and I want you to know that Emily. If you want to I want you to know this is just the start of things pretty lady."

With that he turned to her and kissed her passionately. His hand roamed down her body and cupped he lovely rear end lifting her a little. He caressed her back with his strong hands and then moved to her neck.

He whispered between kisses, "I think whatever surprise you have will look good in the light as well. I've never been traditional about anything. I don't know how. I want to be with you now though."

"Danny, I'm so sorry..." Emily murmured as Danny confessed that he had been in a bad situation growing up. "You're a good person. I don't think you ever have to worry about being shown love and kindness for the rest of your days."

Emily wasn't prepared for the kiss that made her toes curl. She gasped, her hands gripping his shirt tightly as he roamed his hands over her body. When he cupped her bottom, she let out a squeal. His hands were incredibly strong and he lifted her off the ground slightly before he caressed over her back and cupped her neck.

"I might be too shy in the light." Emily confessed, her heart racing a million miles an hour as he talked about wanting her now. "If you keep kissing me like that, though, you might give me courage to put it on and show you."

He nodded and smiled at her. "I'm not really a good person, but I'm trying really hard to be a go man and father. You make me want too."

He caressed her face and looked into her eyes. "I can understand being shy, but you're very beautiful and I only want to see more of you. I would like to talk photos of you as well, but only if your comfortable. I'll let you think about the idea."


He took her hand and they continued down the lake trail. He'd have to explain everything, but couldn't do so all at once.

"Photos?" Emily asked as they started walking down the lake trail again. "In bed? I've never done that before."

She grinned at Danny as he asked her about it and she actually blushed a little bit. The idea was certainly titillating and she knew that things very well might end up going that direction.

"I might be up for that. But only if the pictures are just for yourself." She murmured, looking up into his eyes with a smile.

"Who else would they be for besides you and I to enjoy? Also they don't necessary have to be in bed Emily. Perhaps to we could start with a simple one. You barefoot that's all nothing crazy."

Danny took a moment and stared out of at the horizon. "I've shot things all over the world. Killed many times, and I can tell you that I like shooting pictures a lot more."

Perhaps he wasn't ready to tell her everything or he simply didn't want the weekend so he quickly blurted out, "animals all kinds of animals. I would for a lot of outfitters. If I had to do it again I would have liked to have taken pictures more."

So many beautiful places he saw through a rifle scope. Some of them were savages and little more then animals, but he stopped keeping count of how many people he'd killed. Diana always told him he was doing what they asked and he was just being their good little soldier. Now though there was a man left to deal with it. He smiled at Emily just the same, because there were some beautiful things in the world.

"You know, I don't care what you did in the past, Danny." Emily said as she wrapped her arms around his waist and hugged him tightly. "I just know that I like you a lot. You're a good father and a good man. I'm honored that you're a part of my life."

She kissed his cheek as they paused to look out over the lake one more time. "Let's head back to the cabin. I think I want some alone time with you."

Danny felt her warm embrace and it felt wonderful. He pushed any thoughts of death and violence from his mind and tried to smile. She wouldn't say that if she knew, but then again made she liked the man he had become. The man he was trying to be. A guy with simple life just trying to raise his little girl.

He felt her lips and smiled and nodded. "I would like that very much Emily."

With that he took her hand and they walked back towards the cabin. There was no need to rush, but they moved swiftly through the beautiful wilderness. He looked forward to being close with this wonderful woman. He squeezed her hand as they got closer.

Emily smiled as Danny took her hand and started to lead her back towards the cabin. Her heard was racing slightly, excitement making her belly clench in the most thrilling way. It had been a long time since she had been with a man, but she couldn't think of any other time that she had wanted someone so badly. Danny was a good man, handsome and loving. She knew that she was going to be in very good hands.

She squeezed his hand back as they got closer to the cabin, the smile on her face growing a little bit wider. "You know, I think now would be the perfect time to kiss me again like you did down by the lake." She murmured, blushing as she had the guts to actually say that.

Danny just nodded grabbed Emily bent her back and kissed her like some classic romantic movie. It was a long passionate kisses and he only stopped when Emily started to pant. He held her there with her back arched and looked down and smiled.

"You mean something like that? I'm new to courting so is this okay,"Danny asked playfully.

He then swung his other arm under her legs and lifted her up and walked into the cabin carrying Emily inside. He put her down gently on the couch in the living room area and smiled.

"Would you like to slip into something more comfortable or would you like some help with your clothes," he said with a smile.

Emily felt dizzy as Danny tipped her backwards and kissed her as if his life depended on it. She whimpered, her fingers clinging to his shirt as he kissed her until she was breathless and panting. He was an incredible kisser and he definitely made her want so much more of what he had to offer. When the kiss broke, she blushed as he teased her.

"If you are new to all of this, you might end up killing me when you get better." Emily said with a laugh, gasping as he scooped her up in his arms as if she weighed nothing at all and took her into the cabin.

When she was placed on the sofa, she stared up at him and considered his offer. She did have a few things packed away, but she wanted to save those for a nice dinner. There would be a time and a place to seduce Danny when she had the chance.

"I'd like some help." She said with a breathless tone, her heart hammering in her chest as she thought about what they were going to do.

He walked with her hand in hand into the small rustic, but very pleasant bedroom in the cabin. The large bed took up most of the space and the back and head boards were made of twisty natural would. He had her sit down on the quilt bedspread and helped her off with her hiking boots and socks and then gently began rubbing her feet before getting up and kissing her on the lips next. His hands ran down her sides caressing her and his stood up completely and hugged her to his torso.

"How should I help you next Emily? I have an idea of what I'd like to do, but I want to make sure it's what you'd like. Your barefoot, but I'd like to see you without anything else on."

Emily sighed as Danny treated her like a queen after he had guided her towards the bedroom. She pressed against his chest, her arms wrapping around his waist as he caressed his hands down her body. She smiled to herself, closing her eyes for a moment to enjoy the sensation.

"Whatever you would like, Danny. I simply want to be with you without a care in the world." Emily murmured, pulling her head away from his chest to stare up at him for a long moment. "I'm not sure that there's anything you can do that I would think badly about."
