I take medication for them, so I manage to avoid the vomiting. But I lose my peripheral vision, my sense of balance, and most of my appetite. Along with the splitting headache.

Not fun. But they don't last forever, thankfully. Just feel that way at the time. This one is winding it's way down (I'm mostly lucid, but still don't have my vision or balance back properly.)
