Hiya
I have a pic that i would love to use as my av and it moves, i absolutly love it. The problem is though, its to big to use. I've tried to resize it but when i do, it doesn't move anymore.

Can anybody help me? Please

The Image is an animation. That means it performs the animation by flipping through succesive frames, each slightly different from the previous. In order to edit an animation you need special software capable of allowing you to resize every frame.

Some programs, like Adobe's ImageReady will allow you to convert individual frames to layers and then allow the layers to be resaved. But I can't think of any program you can download that isn't pay that will allow you to do this.

thank you, i'll give it a try

Becky,
Did you get it to work (I don't see a moving av, so I suspect not). If you just want to resize an existing animated gif file, send it to me and I'll resize it for you.
