Anything with girl on top is normally best. A lot of it depends on how much room you have in the backseat.

Good locations are pretty much anywhere you can get secluded and park. Been to a lot of fields for it. Some parks and scenic overlooks. Just have to be very careful to not get caught. Tinted windows are a must as well.
