Most of my "tweaking" is done using Paint Shop Pro 7, but I also play with Photoshop CS, tho it's much more complicated.
If anyone should ever want any tweaking done for an av or pic to post on your thread... just let me know I just like
the artistic touch it adds to otherwise average pictures
