as a matter of fact I have some free webspace that my internet provider gave us but when I try to use WS_FTP program I can never get it to work. It doesn't let me get into the site. It says it's forbidden. I don't know what I am doing wrong. What program do you use to create?

most people do have free webspace with their isp... but ws_ftp is a program that uploads your webpage content and graphics up to your website after its already created, it's not a webpage creator

I would like to learn how to do website and all. I know some but not much, Ok I don't know anything at all. I just know all the commands from here actually.

I pretty much taught myself how to write html, but I do use a website editor called Arachnophilia... this allows me to write a webpage rather quickly, add the graphics, tables to organize the page contents, font sizes and colors, etc.
When we lived in Alabama a few years ago, I was creating and maintaining websites for various churches... it was kind of neat.
