Not quite what the title would have you thinking. Long time reader, decided to sign up and pose a question.
My wife...ummm... 'weighs more than she would like to'. That's the best way I can put it. You understand.
Even after ten years of marriage, she remains insecure about her weight, the effects of gravity after bearing two children, etc.
I love her more than anything in this world. I tell her frequently. I worship her naked body every chance I get. She is still skeptical of my sincerity because of her own perception.
I thought about showing her some photos of women who are also 'larger than society's closed-minded idea of an ideal woman'. I've looked on the web and see beautiful BBW's at a lot of free sites. Don't take that the wrong way. I'm not looking for someone. I'm a man. I like naked photos of women. I've accepted it. It's on my time.
I want her to see how attractive and sexy someone can be, in spite of body size or weight.
Here's the problem: Every site that I have seen lists derogatory descriptions of the women, especially in links to the pics.

"Big Nasty Fatty Gobbles Knob!"
"Porker Gets Creamed"
"Huge Fatty Takes one in the Ass!"
"Nasty Fat Bitch Fingers her Hairy Snatch!"

Not exactly the intro I want my wife to be reading while we go through the pics. The last thing I want is for her to say, "Is that what you think of me?" (the above descriptions)
Are there any sites out there that realistically describe these women, as just the beautiful beings that they are?

By the way, my wife and I have looked at online porn together in the past. We are best friends, our sex life is great with the exception of her perception of herself re:body. I'm not trying to turn her into a slut/whore/bisexual/slave like I've seen some guys post about. I just want her to see how beautiful a BBW does look and to see my positive reaction to seeing them/her.

Look in the amateur pics section here. You'll find plenty of BBW's posed very beautifully. She can also read the positive reactions many have gotten. Very affirming!

I'll third AmPics, and you also might consider visiting or referring her to some of the other BBW threads here. Several of them are very good, and contain lots of description as to why members love BBWs. I'm guessing hearing so many say the same things might help reinforce what you've been telling her, and perhaps she'll start looking at herself in a different light. Try searching titles for 'BBW*' and related terms, but here are a few to get you started:

I've been to tons of sites that feature images and praise of curvier gals, but am having trouble recalling and finding them just now. Another option might be to copy/save pics you come across, and show the compilation to her.

RSplay you have come to the right place! As everyone else said the AmPics section is full of pictures of some gorgeous voluptuous women. You'll also find very few negative comments. The people of this board are very appreciative of real, natural women, and for the most part respectful of people's feelings.

Bi's right, this is a refreshing post. I can relate to your situation 100% because the way you describe your relationship is exactly the way my wife and are. She has the same self-esteem issues as your wife. I took a different approach. The whole reason I started posting here was to post some pictures of her and prove to her that I wasn't the only one who thought she was beautiful. She was a bit skeptical, but after I showed her the pics with her face removed and her anonymity preserved, she was intrigued and gave me the go ahead. The responses she got did help her I think, though she laughs them off and joked about them because I think she was embarassed to admit that it made her feel good.

You might want to consider that as an option down the road, if you think she might be amicable. I do think that your approach to the problem is right on and I do think it will work. Since you've looked at porn in the past you don't have to worry about that offending her, so I think this might be good therapy. It had a mild effect on my wife, and I hope you have as good or even better results.

If nothing else it will let her know that you care and are thinking about ways to bolster her self esteem. That's got to mean something to her.

I'm a young bbw who takes pics (not in a while, though) and a few women have ended up taking and posting their own pics after looking at mine and seeing that I wasn't bashed. There are plenty of women with their own threads in the ampics. Explore them out with your wife.
