I did my mid day trek to the gym in shorts and a tank top! :D

But the weather folks are calling for freezing rain sunday into monday  There is talk of it being our last little blast of winter before we slide into spring temps.

It's been so cold here that the hydrotherapy pool at the gym I go to has been packed with "oh I might have arthritis" young people.

Ooooooo

This afternoon, it wasn't so crowded, since the gym personnel used proper discretion..and allowed in only those they've seen in the pool before, or were over 60

Rule enforcement always good. My gym could use a bit more if it.

A former gym I went to should adhere to it. They stated to me when I signed up I would not be harassed by personal trainers or be given unsolicited nutritional advice. Every time I walked in there, someone would want me to sign up for private training or trying to tell me I need to cut my carbs out and add more protein to my diet

This gym has certified physical therapists, people that know how to properly help with rehabilitation. And those pt sadists LOL don't mind if us old jocks sit in the warm pool, relaxing, reading. LOL

I've been at mine almost 4 years now, the trainers know that I'm not gonna sign up for any sessions. I think they almost warn the newbies off me. :D

Asking to sign up for private lessons wasn't much of a bother, more of an annoyance when I wanted to get home. It was the "nutritionists" that pissed me off. I'd tell them I see a certified dietitian, they'd tell me that they would be better, since they knew what I was doing.

Hiya!

Yes I am!

Had my pool time, joints are loose, and had my lunch brought to me at home.

Hiya!!

That is good!!!!

Oh that is nice about the pool...bet it did feel good on your joints...Lunch brought o you is good!

I just finished a book and am on here fora while..

The only nutrition advice I received was to add more protein to my breakfast, his logic why made sense to me so I did. I noticed an improvement right off from the start.
