Irfranview is great! It really only is able to view and resize pictures though. To edit pictures, you'll need something like Macromedia fireworks, or photoshop. There are some free picture editors, here are some:

Personally I use MGI Photosuite III..Essentially through sheer laziness. It is the software that came with my detachable webcam.
Most of the "detachable" webcams come with some sort of editing software. And it is usuallly up to doing AVs or pics to post.

my Master loooooooves taking photos. The first is one of His favorites taken of me this past summer near His home. It's the closest i have of an actual headshot. The snake, 'Slick' ... is His also, an albino burmese python (16').

You could get one of those nets that drapes over the bed, and tell people you had to get a little ghetto with the hanging. You wouldn't even have to take it down when you get hung up. You'd be there, hanging AND draped!
