What does it take?

I tried again, no luck. I read another person's efforts and the advice. The jpg I'm attaching is only 35 kb and I am using the "manage attachments" button. Any other advice?

Did you click the upload button after going to manage attachments?

After you manage attachments and upload the file, you can close the manage attachments pop-up window and then submit reply. Your picture will be attached as long as it shows up in the "Additional Options" section.
