Yay! I finally worked out how to upload little short samples of my videos as zip files.

They're in the Quicktime (.mov) format. Unfortunately the quality's quite poor and there's no proper sound 'cause I've had to compress the hell out of them in order to keep below the 102400 byte limit for uploading them, but you can always go check out the full-length clips free at my WWW, if you're interested.

APPARENTLY, PEOPLE ARE HAVING TROUBLE OPENING THESE ZIPS. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW BEST TO TURN .MOV FILES INTO ZIPS USING ZIPIT (FOR MACS) SO THAT EVERONE CAN OPEN THEM OK? Sorry about the shouting there.

I'd love it if any of you other budding pornstars out there would share your vid clips with us too on this thread. I'm sure there are plenty of fans on Lit (including me) who would love to see this. It's fairly easy to do. You basically need to get your movie clip compressed down to under 100kb in size 'cause zipping doesn't seem to reduce the size of vid-clips very much. Then all you do is simply upload the zip to Lit.

I'm going to keep adding more so remember to check this first page regularly for my new additions.

get yourself winzip or powerarchiver to handle zipped or other compressed files, look at twocows.com or google...

and i hope that quicktime over here is updating fast...

having problems seeing vids

I cannot seem to watch the video, when i download then and then unzip, and go to watch them, i get an error, Could not open file ... because it is not a file quicktime understands. Any1 have an idea how to fix this. I want to see the clips

Oh, hell! I'm not sure what's wrong there. The ones I tested worked fine for me. Anyone else having this problem? Do the ones on my site work ok?

Maybe you could try opening your Quicktime movie player, then dragging down the menu and opening my vid from the "open" button in the menu.

The only other thing I can think is maybe the version of Quicktime you have is not new enough. let me know how you get on.

Did you manage to get those to work, babe? If not, try the clips at my WWW Those ones aren't zipped so they might play better?

I tried unzipping some of these Lit ones myself and then playing the .mov files and they worked fine, so I'm still not sure what's gone wrong.

Oh. that's worrying! It's a Mac that I use too and I can get them to work fine. What version of Quicktime are you using? When it unzips does it look like a normal quicktime .mov file?

Could you do me a favour Y try playing one of the vid clips from here & let me know if those work. That way I can hone in on whether the problem's with the zips or the original quicktime files. It'll probably take a little while to download if you don't have broadband.

Has anyone managed to get the zipped vids to play ok? Maybe I've done the zip wrong. I was using Zipit. Anyone got any ideas about what might have gone wrong?

It might be cos you are saving them in mac format (the mov files) and you need to zip them with a windows compatible program too...
