no noises
I have worn the plastic ones on a string.
They made no noise.
As other have said I did not have much feeling of them being there it was the "being naughty" that was the turn on, I was at dinner with my ex's parents and him (at the time not my ex) and he knew I was wearing them.
I also used the steel balls and it was harder to hold them in and I sort of got good at sucking them back in if that makes any sense. Again this was more when we had people over and were teasing each other as we could not rip our clothes off and go for it but hold polite conversations etc.
