It's on Netflix. I haven't watched it yet but on RT the critics and audiences both seem to like it. I like most Dracula stories except The Historian. Man, fuck that book. Like seriously. About a thousand pages of nothing much at all and then a very unsatisfying chapter with Dracula. I hope that cunt dies in a fire.

While I haven't finished it yet, I have to disagree. The first 2 episodes were very creepy and entertaining. Admittedly, there are a couple of twists I have just seen that could be difficult to recover from......

Wow. I should not have expressed an opinion before finishing it. It really was a steaming pile of excrement. How in God's name could that last episode be made by the same cast and crew as the first 2. I want that 4 1/2 hours back......

I saw it and I liked it: it’s always good to see someone try and put a different spin on things rather than just remake and remake (ie the Hollywood formula). Dracula himself was an intriguing new take, and the ballsy Agatha refreshing and amusing... episode 3 not so, it fizzled out... but they tried...
