Bimbo Pills

But what are the reprocussions for soceity? Scientific progress set back as literally thousands of years' worth of experience is turned into horny fuck-bunnies who couldn't find a hypotenuse if you pointed them at it.
Meh, if you were to make this realistic, it would hardly be a loss. Indeed, it might even be a net positive for the scientific progress, as the long-tenured positions are freed and are now manned by younger, more ambitious, and more open-minded guys. (Cue Feynman’s “Physics moves forward one funeral at a time”).

But honestly, I’d rather leave them with most if not all of their mental faculties. It’s much more fun to think how the horny fuck-bunnies would try to adapt, holding their positions, doing reserach, mentoring postdocs etc. while dealing with both the transformation and the heightened sex drives.

Unless all the ambitious young people keep getting distracted by the bimboed scientists. "So, if I solve for the inequalities in the... Professor, please stop licking my clit, it's distrac- OH FUCK! Never mind, keep doing that! Singularities can wait, I can't!"

It was supposed to be the ultimate cure, the holy grail, an immortality pill, and it had been tested on animals and on humans with complete success. What hadn’t been tested was its effect on a body that had already experienced a hundred surgical and pharmaceutical interventions, and its effect on a mind conditioned by greed and vanity.

It hadn’t, in other words, been tested on an octogenarian billionaire.

And what transpired?

Eleanor Fawcett, of the Greenwich Fawcetts, awoke to an unfamiliar weight on her chest, and to the sight of two flesh-coloured balloons. Her instinct to thrust these away from her led to the shocking discovery that her body was not what it should be. Her scream brought the help running. “Fetch the doctor!”

I like the idea of a smart successful woman taking the pill without knowing the side effects, ends up enjoying it and decides to become a "weekend bimbo". Takes some pills on Friday night after work and is a dumb sex starved bimbo all weekend, then is right back to being a powerful, successful woman on Monday morning.
Also, as far as the guy taking the pill unknowingly, I like the idea that he becomes somewhat feminized and attracted to guys and his roommate ends up taking advantage of him. In this scenario, he doesn't remember what happened when the pills wear off so his roommate slips him one every time he wants to fuck around with a guy, maybe even dress him up as a woman - at least lingerie - and he's none the wiser when the pills wear off. His roommate turns him into a weekend gay/bi bimbo too.

Ive never read any bimbo stories but i would , i do like the transformation stories, but if your an intelligent woman would you want to become a bimbo, , would you willingly take the pills or take them unknowingly, im just an average woman not intellectual, would i want to change, maybe yes just to experience it

Bimbo Weekend!

Life sucks - we get it. Overworked and underpaid, no man at home to give you what you really need. A woman has needs, and where are all the real men?

Wouldn’t it be great if you could switch off and turn on? Well, now you can. Take one bimbo pill at 5 p.m. on a Friday night and we guarantee you a weekend of ecstasy. Even better, spend the weekend at one of our bimbo hotels and we guarantee no one will judge you, you won’t get any STDs, and you won’t even get pregnant - unless you want to…

Bimbotel! It sounds great when you say it out loud, but it doesn't read well. "Bim-bo-tel."

I hate it when that happens. Perfect nice acoustic wordplay ruined by poor visual representation  Get it together, English!

I was working on a story about an evil pharmaceutical company. This feels very much like something they'd make.
I see a batch getting into the local population by way of a "bring your kid to work day" incident. Trying to make a hardworking citizen out of some kids just isn't worth the effort.

He is getting along better with his stepmom though.

A pill that heightens arousal while being taken but at the expense of lower libido after it wears off.

Woman with high libido reasons that she might be able to behave herself better around her potentially disastrous office crush if she takes it on weekends. Ignores the warning label.

I can totally see that idea. How does pregnancy fit into this?

You could have an interesting effect: all babies have genetic time-bombs that turn them bimbo when they turn 18. Why 18? The scientist was very conscious of Lit policies.
It’s a little more interesting if it triggers at different ages, typically mid-twenties, sometimes nineteen, rarely eighteen, but sometimes late thirties.

With menopause fast approaching, I had dared to believe I was safe, that I had won the genetic lottery and evaded the curse that afflicts so many women. At forty-three years of age, I both welcomed the advancing signs of age and wished them away. The sag in my breasts was both reassuring and secretly disappointing. It was more difficult each year to endure the sight of so many voluptuous young women in the shops and bars. To awake one morning and find my wrinkles fading and my flesh firming was a shock - but it stirred an excitement I hadn’t felt in a long, long time…

In my head, my original concept wound up turning into a society much like aphids, where all the bimbos are born pregnant with bimbos. I'm a weird person.

But I do like the idea that it's a random (Lit approved) time bomb. Might not even trigger in some people, but maybe over time, as more and more bimbos procreate, there are fewer people spared. It might affect males even, slowly shifting society to one almost entirely female and bimboed. They should be worried, but, you know, they're too busy having a grand old time to realize the human race is on an extinction path.

I have this itch to write femboy pills, or bimbo pills that react according to your gender so that some men become macho studs, some become well hung elegant femboys, some transform into voluptuous women, etc.

Maybe it finds something about somebody's genetics and hyperaccentuates it. Or inverts it... Inversion pills could be fun. The mental disconnect between some butch alpha suddenly being this tiny cumslut, struggling between old and new, that's always fun. The TF writer in me really, really likes that idea...

I never weave pregnancy into my stories at first, but it's always a suggestion. Maybe I'll start planning for it at the beginning instead of flailing wildly for ideas in the middle.

Well, evil pharmaceutical company so I guess their birth control pills could be literal. Sold to men instead of women. The bimbo effect is an unexpected side effect that sells the product. The point was to make spouses and girlfriends pliant enough to make them not care that their birth control pills did the opposite of what they were supposed to do. The marketing quickly changes the narrative.

From "Now's not the right time." to "fill me up daddy". From career first to barefoot, pregnant, and loving it for some unexplained reason. The horror aspect is begging to be acknowledged. We should steer into the skid.

maybe I shouldn't write these with pregnancy in mind?

Maybe the drug is designed to help women prepare their bodies for procreation. Women who have had poor luck getting pregnant. They are fertile and so is their partner, but their bodies seem to attack the invading cells from their partner with unusual alacrity. This calms that and also enhances breast tissue for breast feeding. Effectively just putting the body into the prime form for getting pregnant. It was never intended to be a bimbo pill, but it certainly is one as it also puts the woman into a state of arousal and hyper focus on getting pregnant to the near exclusion of all else. Hence the 'dumbing' of the woman, if you wish to include that.

"Dumbing" feels too easy. Maybe a Stepford-wife devotion to motherhood. Preoccupied with preparing the house, constant cleaning, preparing food constantly. Hubby and baby get a 1940's style mother. Instead of an instant ditz, it might even make her hyper-competent to make her a better provider. Maybe that's just my predilection for nerd girls with glasses.

Turning her libido to eleven and leaving it there is a bonus.

Love that. It's perfect.

If you're looking to dial up a bit of realism, having it happen organically during the same time frame as conventional humans would make a certain kind of sense.

So god help you when you're a young man home from college for the second time and you and one of the ladies whose lawn you used to mow trigger at the same time...

Well, this was fun to write.
