You look great now. And I know what you mean; I've been working out (well for the most part) for the past few years. Initially I lost about 20 pounds, but since then I've gone down a few more sizes because I've more muscle and it's just distributed better.

Exactly, not to mention the gains in bone density and the excellent hormonal response it causes. Good stuff.

I wish I had stayed a few weeks! I remember seeing you in chat; I remember the name, but I didn't know you. And you know I was the one who got them to start that Literary Salon. I bugged Crown and Loco endlessly until they made it a permanent room. And then Lauren and I would hang out in there and insult people. Lol.

Oh, okay. Good to know. I thought maybe the contest was holding it up.

Don't mind me. I'm just grumpy cuz I had to get up early for an appointment. The good news is that I was able to buy cigarettes. If I go buy cigs when I'm in a bad mood or if I act pissed off, then I don't get carded.

I'm twice the legal age, but my ID is expired since I was in the hospital on my birthday and in and out of the hospital over the last 6 months. Getting my ID renewed hasn't been a top priority.

Drinking coffee... getting in a slightly better mood.. appreciative that the Bistro is not AH...
