How come the only time I see or hear a Jesse Jackson quote, it was posted by a white guy? I haven't seen or heard a black person quote Jackson since 1988.
I've actually met the dude three times and I still don't drop his name like some white guys here love to do. I don't even think about dude until they dredge him up.
It's either him, Al Sharpton or Chris Rock. The standard, at-the-ready go-to names when they want to make a point about the "black community." Buddha save my heart from doing the tango if they ever drop a real name of someone that really made some waves for the community, like civil rights attorney John Payton who passed away recently.
