Serious post

Yesterday I managed to get hold of a DVD of the movie, United Flight 93
The fourth plane on 9/11, it is not on at the theatres here yet, so I am somewhat lucky.

The movie itself is compelling, and very harrowing. When the final credits ran, listing all those who perished on the aircraft, we were both streaming tears.

When I first heard that the movie was being made, I wondered why, but I feel now they were right to make it. It is not political in any way, and relies heavily on phone converations, and the cockpit recorder. I recommend it highly, but beware, I defy anyone not to become emotional watching it.

On 9/11, I did not become aware of events, until after the first 3 planes ahd crashed. Watching evenys unfold in the movie, made me realise how the horror must have built up, for watching Americans, and other peoples around the world.

As I said, I recommend it, but have hankies or tissues handy, you will need them
