Loved climbing the Black Willows in the park by our house as a kid. They had big trunks with large knot hand/foot holds, and they leaned enough fro a good scramble up.

Oak might make for a better tree house...

Paper birch are lovely.

We have a (plague of) Locust Tree in our yard, which I built the deck around. OMG, it IS a plague! It drops stuff all year around... wee unsweepable leaves, sticks, pollen, more sticks... pod thingies... squirrels

Bwahahaha! Yep, I can picture it now... Squirrels plopped down all over a deck full of sap and pods, lethargic and confused. :)

So jealous! June seemed warmer then usual this year. I have worked too much this summer and no real show for it. I'd rather have some intense tan lines.

Sure wasn't returning this week, dayum it was hot and muggy. Mah vergina overheated!!!


Beautiful day today tho... spent it smoking ribs and sausages.. be eating them in about an hour. Come on over, you can help us eat and do dishes..:);)


ps.. we can crank up the margarita maker, I know what tequila does. :D

Oh! I say pass to the tequila these days, but I never turn my nose up to a sangria! I actually enjoy doing dishes, I still hand wash although I have a dishwasher. :D

I’ve only ever drunk Sangria when in Spain but I did enjoy it.

Seriously though, do remember how much I, among other men here, as suckonsimon has said, think you are gorgeous :rose:. That said, you must decide whatever is right for you and if you are thinking of pursuing other directions (there's some British speak for you :D), go for it if that's what is right for you :rose:. A close friend of mine did, for different reasons, and it turned out very well for her in the end.

Hahaha! I ALWAYS say "pics or it didn't happen". :) Huge changes are on the horizon and I'm excited for them.

Just making plans to have a better life. It's been difficult, without any support. But all I can do is keep pushing to be better although most days I just work, clean, and sleep... But my funk seems to have lifted. My workouts have been A+, my confidence is up there, I just need to keep stacking paper!! I need more hours in the day!
