Buffy the vampire slayer

[Isolde]

Buffy tapped her foot in impatience as the connection rang and rang. She had stopped off at the first pay phone to call Riley and, hopefully, find a time to talk to him. She didnt want to use Xanders as she wanted as much privacy as possible.

Finally, the phone was picked up and she heard Riley's voice. It was not promising as it sounded like he was not happy about something.

"Riley," She said quickly before he could say anything else but 'hello',"I really need to talk to you about what has been happening lately. Can we meet to talk about it?"

 

[Angelus]

"Ummmm....I am in the middle of something right now Buffy. Is there any way that we can talk sometime tomorrow."

He then turned to Oz and put his hand over the receiver, "Do you know that I am blowing off something with my girlfriend because you have come here and told me about a demon that is going to destroy us all."

He then put the phone to his ear and said, "Buffy?"

 

[Isolde]

Buffy swallowed hard. Here she was ready to lay everything out to him and let him closer than she ever had before only to be put off. Well, it wasnt like she hadnt done the same thing before.

"Yeah," She said, hoping her voice said it was really ok,"Sure, I guess I will just hang around the library and get some more studying done for those mid terms."

She squashed the urge to ask him if everything was okay and if he needed her help. What he needed right now was for her to butt out and show that she trusted him.

Hanging up the phone she headed towards the college library-not really feeling like studying at all.

Angel:

I could have just explained the reason I was here.No I m the silent type.I decided to find her and tell her...

 

[Isolde]

As Buffy nears the library, she stops. She has that familiar feeling of being watched and she knows WHAT is watching her-now for the who.

Only two undead would keep in the shadows and not attacker her on sight and she didnt think this was Spike.

"Come on out, Angel," She said, exaspiration in her voice,"If you have something to say than face me and say it."

[Angelus]

Riley knew that he had just hurt Buffy again and after he put down the receiver he turned to Oz and said, "This had better be good, good enough for me to have hurt Buffy's feeling because if it isn't then."

"Then what, you would punch me in the face. You know that I would turn into a werewolf and more than likely rip your throat out. Now, if we can calm down then I will tell you what I came here to tell you. I was in a temple in Tibet and I came upon a prophecy about a demon that was able to destroy an entire country side and open the gates of Hell, I think that that demon is now in Sunnydale."

Riley sat forward and looked at Oz at this news and said, "We have to tell Buffy about this!"

"No....you have to tell Buffy. I came here to tell you and now that that is done I have to leave."

Riley looked at Oz as he got to his feet and said, "No Oz. Don't go; I am sure that Buffy would like to see you. But if you have to go, don't leave town, we may need your help."

Oz walked to the door and opened it then said, "I will be around. Now you do what you want to do with this information."

As soon as Oz left Riley picked up his jacket then ran out of his room and out of the building. He headed towards the library and as soon as he entered he ran towards the study tables where he saw Buffy looking down at the book but not reading it. As soon as he got to the near the tables he shouted out, "Buffy!"

 

[Isolde]

Buffy had growled in exaspiration when Angel had not answered her. Fine! Let him sit in the shadows and watch her like she needed a babysitter.

Stomping up the stairs, she had gone in and thrown her books on the table and opened the first book she grabbed after throwing herself in her chair.

She didnt know what book it was and it didnt matter because she couldnt concentrate on it anyway. This is how Riley found her. Lifting up her head in surprise she gave him a puzzled look.

"I thought you had something to do," She said,"What happened to tear you away?"

Angel:

"You are great at that," i said.I stepped out of the darkness into her line of sight."Why are you angry at me,because I almost killed your boyfriend,If I wanted to I would have"I said. "Cant I just say,I missed you and I came to see what you were up to," i said."Come lets walk,"I said to her...

 

[Angelus]

After Riley sat down he looked at Buffy and said, "I have to speak to you. To see you as I have to explain my actions. I have been a total fool and I have to say sorry to you for my reaction to seeing Angel again as I love you even more than I can say. I didn't mind to fly off the deep end like that so will you please forgive this stupid fool?"

 

[Isolde]

Buffy reached up to stroke his face gently.
"Riley, you arent the only one in this relationship and, well, I know it has to be hell on you to be second to a bunch of demons and other nasties."

"But thats my job and I cant change who I am. But, please realize that I have shared so much more with you than anyone else-even Angel. And if I didnt love you I wouldnt have done that."

Buffy smiled at him and said,"So do you want to go somewhere or what? I dont think I am going to get much studying done."

 

[Angelus]

"I think that we should. You don't know if these walls have ears and we need to be somewhere more private."

Riley then got to his feet and looked down at Buffy, putting out his hand. After she placed her hand in his she got to her feet and looked up and him before kissing him on the lips which he responded to.

 

[Isolde]

Buffy drew her head back and said,"I have a feeling that you dont want privacy for any romantic reasons. Whats up?"

Before he could answer, she leaned in for another quick kiss. She had a feeling that they werent going to be doing much of this tonight.

She grabbed her purse and books and followed him out into the night. "What were you busy doing tonight that put off our little talk?"

Zander hung up his pizza jacket and decided to go see Anya, seeing Buffy had got him horny and he knew Anya was always willing

I continued to watch her out of sight.With every second they touched each other my anger worsened.My Demon face serfaced.I need to get laid, I thought.I picked up a rock and pitched it over theyre heads...

 

[Isolde]

Hearing the rock whizz over their heads and feeling again that they were not alone, Buffy looked up at Riley. He had felt it also.

"Give me a minute," she said. His face was not a happy one but she had to do this.

Walking into the shadows, I said softly,"Alright, Angel-no more skulking in the shadows and no more fit throwing. Come out here and face me. If you have something to say than let me here it."

I slowly stepped into her line of sight,still having my vampire face on. "hello,buffy," i said.I growled in rileys direction."Walk with me," i told her.I was still very angry...

 

[Isolde]

Buffy gave Riley a 'dont worry, I will take care of it' look and followed Angel.

"This better be good," Buffy said, her own voice laced with irritation,"Lets have it. Whats up?"

 

[Stranger]

Zander made his way toward the magic shop to meet the others, silently cursing himself for not hitting on Buffy when he had the chance. He wanted so badly to see her spread her legs wide and tell him to take her

Angel:


"hear about the new demon?," i asked her.She looked a little confused."I followed It here from L.A because its after you and I couldnt let it hurt you," I said and breathed out."Its alot stronger than any other creatures you have fought and it wants your head,".

I glanced in rileys direction."He knows and Hasnt said a word to you about it, ask him," i said. "I will be staying at the holiday inn if you need me,"I said and walked off...

 

[Isolde]

Buffy watched Angel walk away, her hands balled into fists by her side. Just when she thought she had it all together. Wasnt that the way it always was.

She was about to turn around and walk angrily back to Riley when she stopped herself. She had just promised herself she was not going to do this anymore and, besides, he had said he had something to tell her. She would give him a chance to tell her the news himself.

Calming herself as best she could, she walked back to Riley and smiled. "You said you had something to tell me?"

Is it possible for someone to play a girl for angel so he wont be alone.Darla would be good.

Spike:

I saw buffy talking to angel.He walked past me."Hey angel," I said.He punched me.hard."What did I do,"I asked "shut up," he said.

Angel:

I hoped she would heed my warning.she will hsve to be careful this is stronger than anything she has ever fought before...

 

[Angelus]

"I did. Oz came to me tonight and told me that a demon was coming here that has enough power to destroy entire cities and open the gates of Hell. He said that this demon, has no name as it's name was death to anyone who spoke or heard it. I am worried Buffy, this demon is stronger than anything else any of us has fought before."

Riley walked over to one of the benches under a tree and sat down, watching Buffy as she digested what he had told her and knew that she had to be formulating a plan.
