Well, that name had certainly pissed off the demonic looking man. Of course, I couldn't say much about demons, having had TPTB install a little demon in me to keep their visions from killing me, but I had yet to see any side effects of such. I turned as Angelus came near me to tie me up.

"Angel...Angelus...what the hell do I call you these days, boss? Look, the whole tying up thing, I'm really not up for that, so, why don't you just let me go and we'll forget I ever showed up?" Yeah, playing the dumb ex-cheerleader might work, then again, maybe it wouldn't. I didn't care. I just wanted to throw him off long enough to make my move...

laughs as i walk a few steps to pick up some rope and then walks back to cordy

"dont try anything with me, you part-demon bitch and im not your boss that pathetic excuse for a soul-bearing vampire Angel is, im Angelus, dont forget that"

quickly ties cordelias hands behind her back and then ties her feet up

I couldn't quite recall what had happened in order for Angel to become Angelus once more, though I knew he'd been with a mortal woman at some point. I dug into my mind trying to figure out what would draw him from his darkness...

"Great, you know, when I get back home, I'll be sure to write all this down so that one day Connor can read all about the exploits of his fathers true nature." Okay, that was low, I admit, using his son to get to him, but I needed something...some bit of leverage. For a moment, he actually stopped and then looked right at me...

This was all i think of what to say. She put me on the spot again and i needed to think fast. If she found out what me, Draven, Angelus, Drew and Darla did back in the day, she would surely stake me good and plenty. There is no way i can let her know.

"We should hurry and get back Cordellia before something nasty happens." I blurted out and headed off in their direction.

I followed him into the house, I had to admit my mind wasn't really on him at the moment. Seeing Draven tonight, wether I cared to admit to it or not, had stirred up quite a few old feelings within me. I couldn't help but remember the exciting... anamalistic romps we'd had... not o mention passionate lovemaking. Everything under the sun we had done... god how I had missed that.

When I felt a gentle tug I returned to reality and smiled seeing Xander, such an innocent... loving man... boy... he was something in between. But he was sweet and I did love him... I let myself sink slowly to the couch,

"Are you allright honey?"

"I wanna ask you something and i ask you to please answer me truthfully,I wanna know all there is to know about that Vampire i met tonight,"I paused rubbing the back of my head,"And how you know him,and i promise i wont get mad," i said with a smile pulling her into an embrace....

I headed off with angelus in tow."Whos Connor," i asked with a great curiousity.Then we arrived to a house that had a familiar scent," Anya," i whispered...

still fuming from cordelias remark but cnfused on why

"Conner is my, err, Angels son"

"I thought you wanted some rest?"

From the look in his eyes though I could tell Xander wouldn't let this go,

"Fine fine."

I pressed my hands into my lap looking away towards the window longingly, how I hated situations like this.

"He's... he's an ex-lover. Back when I was a demon he was one of the greatest vampires... everyone in hell new him... he was amazing. And we sort of... hooked up. Y'know?

He was brought over by one of the most powerful vampires ever, and he was trained to be ruthless cold blooded... he was a perfect demon. he soon raised to be better than even his master. Then he joined a gang that raised hell everywhere... everyone knows of Draven... everyone undead."

She let out a small sigh pulling up her legs as she remembered the "Good old days" life... or whatever it was was so much less complicated then.

"Then he joined with spike,angelus,drusilla and darla... That's when we began dating... it was great, but I wasn't in love, so eventually I left him. He went off on his own, a mercenary after I left. I don't know... I think he was in love with me. Then he dissapeared.. that was in the late 1800's. I hadn't seen him since."

She finished with a heavy sigh, relief at having just gotten it out. Hoping they could just quit talking about it now, it just made her uncomfortable.

I grunted a little when she concluded.This did anger me but not at her.At him.I pulled her into my arms and leaned back almost dozing when i heard a noise outside and wanted to investigate, and the next thing i knew i was hanging from his grasp....




Draven
I was throwing rocks and the side of the house trying to stir someones attention.I saw the door open and that boy,Anyas love interest now,come out.I shot forward from the darkness and seized him by the throat lifting him off the ground."Guess who," i snarled and told him to call to anya...

I pulled him back and stoped him. "We just cant go rushing into things, Spike. We need a plan. We don't even know where they went or how we are to beat them. Cordie know how to take care of herself for the time being."

I waked over to the nearby park and sat on the benh to think. Spike came back over and sat next to me.

"Spike, I don'tt want to die again"

He pulled me into a hug but I could see the fire behind his eyes, the flames of jealousy. I curled up into him, easily drifting off... despite the anger he obviously was feeling... I didn't even feel as he got up to investigate. But for a moment I heard him cry out... I awoke and looked around the empty room... it must have been a nightmare. No. He was gone, I looked around feverishly.

"Xander?"

I gasped and grabbed at his wrist."Call to anya," he whispered with an inhuman tone."I.....Cant...your....choking ..........me," i gasped out.He loosened but did not let me go."Now do it," he hissed.



Please forgive me i thought "Anya could you come outside a second," i called....

I heard him call for me and drug myself off the couch, what the heck is he doing...

"Just a second."

I frowned getting my slippers on and stalking out,

"This had better be good! It's freezi..."

My voice trailed as my face fell upon Draven,

"Damn."

I put my hands on my hips and hissed irritatedly,

"Put him down Draven."

I smiled at her.

I tightened my grip."I only had him call you out here to see me kill him," i said evilly.

"unless," i started but continued to tighten my grip listening to him choke and gasp...



Xander

I couldnt breathe.I realized that kicking him or anything would do little or no damage.

"I only had him call you out here to watch me kill him," he said and tightened on my throat.

"Unless," he started.

What did he mean by that...

I had an idea of what he was getting at, I glared hissing visciously,

"Let him down. What the fuck do you want?!? Let him go!"

"I want," hmmm i thought,'' i want you to agree to come with me," i said abruptly.I saw his face starting to turn blue...

Exasperated I stepped forwards wrenching Dravens hand from around Xanders neck. I felt a knot in my throat as I saw him crumple to the ground. Immediately I felt for a pulse. and noting his breathing I sighed in relief.

"Fine. Just don't touch him again. I'll go."

I had a couple ideas of what Draven probobally wanted and none of them sounded that appealing... well that's a lie. I did kinda miss the sex... but god Xander wouldn't understand that... he'd be so dissapointed. I turned my head and glanced Draven up and down, he was still handsome... if anything more handsome... I pulled Xander up and half drug-half carried him to the couch. Kissing him softly on his lips I smiled whispering...

"I'm doing this for you... "

I went to go but feeling that lump still in my throat I turned back and whispered again with another kiss...

"for us... I love you."

I watched her leave with this demon."No!," i tried to scream but it came out a hoarse whisper.I tried to follow but they were gone too quickly.


I knew what was doing to happen,so a soft sob escaped my lips ,"i love you too," i said to the air and turned to find buffy...

I followed with him irritatededly, and a bit anxious, though I'd never let him see that.

"Now what. You think we're just gonna fuck and make up... cuz if that's what you're thinking you can just forge..."

He turned sharply and my words got cought in my throat.

I stumbled back a few steps from the force of his blow. My face was red where his hand fell and I stood a moment in shock of his attack. Then my eyes narrowed,

"Don't you fuckin' touch me Draven. I don't owe you a thing... 300 years of restitution my ass!"

I let my lips curve in a mocking look of pity,

"Poor little Draven, still harping over me.. damn, 300 years and you're still not over it."

My face turned hard as stone my gestured large and dramatic,

"It was a fling... get over it. I only was with you for the sex, allright... better things came along and I broke it off... so get over it."

My face went from a calm,collected look to demonic,baring fangs.I grab her around her throat,and say,"I bet your dying for another taste of what i have to give," i said.I release her and knock her cold throwing her over my shoulder....

I ran and ran till i found buffy and spike.Without thinking i punch spike as hard as i can.All i can say is "He took her,"....
