Burnt out worker becomes a sex demon

Burn out sucks. So what if someone who is completely burnt out at their job is approached to become a sex demon? Specifically one who works with demoralized workers or toxic work environments?

Maybe start with an origin, or maybe skip to them helping a new “client”

For example: company, wanting to beat some workplace and contract violations has a mandatory retreat for their workers with mandatory relaxation, union busting lectures, and the expectation that workers will use their free time to do work.

Our MC starts subtly: the relaxation activities are made to be actually relaxing and the people running the activities are wearing tight clothing, the union busting demonstrations suddenly become focused on a different type of busting

By the end of the night though the entire resort has become a decadent wonderland for the workers and a nightmare for management.

How about...

It's a weeklong retreat. On day 2 he play's hooky from the 'mandatory relaxation activities' (brainwashing) and takes a hike in the woods. He stumbles upon a cave. Despite his better judgement, he's drawn inside, where he finds a small shrine. For no reason, he's very tired and lay's down for a nap. When he wakes, he has company. Beezlebag, an aging sex demon mistakes our MC's nap for worshipping. He's moved. He wants to gift our MC since he's a "worthy subject". Besides, he needs a successor so he can go to the Bahama's and retire.

Our MC, tired with his life and seeing no way out of the current employment mess, accepts the job.

*poof* he's a sex demon.

He goes back to the retreat and his boss, an unpleasant woman who happens to be sexually frustrated herself, starts to berate him for playing hooky. He asks if there is someplace private where they can continue her "tongue lashing".

He shows her how to relax.

Maybe burnt out, but also was just laid off/fired and can’t find anything and this becomes a new opportunity for them!
