She was very impressed, but she won't post, so I thought I would share that you are one of the few female threads that she has gone through the entire index. Its a shame, she will look but won't post, despite my encouragement.

Anyway, very lovely as always. Have good weekend and hope you don't get stuck in the snow they are forecasting for us. Looks like you are going to get spared the brunt of this storm. They are calling for 4-8 " here.

Please tell the Mrs. that I am honored....honestly and that it is ok...she does not have to share but if she wanted to...editing pics is a wonderful thing....I edited every single one of mine (so that they were more art that pics) for most of a year, before revealing any unedited...she may feel more comfy doing that...none has to be sexual either! She can take pics of places, objects anything and still participate on Lit...or just say hello and post nothing...tis all up to what makes her comfy. *smiling*

I honestly miss snow or even a good ice storm! Most people hate them and I know they are dangerous for those who have to get out in them, but they are sooooo beautiful

Have you ever been through a "snow storm" in DC. Not fun. The city and DC metro area comes to a total stand still. They just don't know how to deal with it, or drive in it.LOL Hope you have a good weekend.

Forgot to comment on this....No I have not, but having lived in Philly for over 20 years, I know what it is to drive in white-out conditions...DC has got to be better than Richmond, though. The people here either drive at full speed or drive "backwards"....Accidents at the slightest flurries and I am talking in the ditches and on the meadian strips...and that is without any real snow!

In the ice, no one moves...except for adventursome people like me ... But makes no difference....nothing is open so really no where to go, accept to see the sites...Oh how beautiful everything is in the snow and/or ice *sigh*
