I finally have internet again. Anyone miss me?
I don't know if anyone here got my message since (I think) S posted it in the author's hangout about where I've been this whole time... let's just say it wasn't fun, and I'm glad to be back.

Hey there! Glad you're back. I don't go to the author's hangout (too many authors... eeesh!) so, if you don't mind, perhaps you could recap, repost, or redirect me.
However you may have suffered during your trials, your AV seems to show that you're no worse for wear, at least physically. I hope you've no emotional scars, either.

There was just a huge amount of trouble with out internet provider (who shall remain unnamed). When we moved (a few months back, if you recall) they screwed up on transferring out service. (we had some things changed, because we have free cable in the place we're in now, and they didn't get a landline installed quickly enough so we got another provider for that too and cancelled the phone service we had gotten from them).Fflow said:

Our internet is finally back thanks to one very dedicated person who took control of our case (I don't knowe if they have a special team there to handle the enormous screwed up cases, but that woman was pretty lovely in dealing with us - after I'd already given up on the entire company). We're still working with her on how much money for the past few months we still owe, but we're pretty insistent on getting some of it back, because this whole thing was just ridiculous.
So yeah, that's about the gist of it. It sucked a lot. I couldn't get to the internet because I was at school all day, and I obviously can's access Lit from there. I didn't have much of a chance to go anywhere else. S occasionally got internet access through a friend, and he checked my email for me. He also posted a message in the AH explaining what the hell happened to me.
