I here you there. But, I told my husband to bring in something for dinner. I'm not exactly in a cooking mood tonight.

Although, chicken salad sounds really yummy.

I'd do that too if my husband wasn't away in Oklahoma. I do love cooking, but sometimes it doesn't seem worth the effort even for two people.

Now that I'm alone, I eat a lot less warm food and a lot more like chicken salad sandwiches and such. Chopped chicken can be used for other things too, which is handy.

I really like to cook, but trying to keep up with a 3 year old and a 1 year old while doing it is pretty tough. LOL That makes for some burned meals. The crock pot is my friend.
