My favorite strip is laminated on my desk at work. t's Calvin-Ball, from a Sunday edition, and they have to sing the "I'm very sorry song" and it ends with "The score is still Q to 12!"

I LOVE Calvin and Hobbes! My local paper has brought it back.

When Watterson announced he was quitting, I eagerly awaited the last strip. I thought it would be something defining the end. Instead, it was just another strip. I was hoping for a strip where Calvin realizes Hobbes is just a stuffed tiger. And, that Suzie was after all, a girl. Someone to play with on a more mutually satisfying level.

Some of his classroom antics were the best!
