If you are using Firefox and the Adblock Plus extension, you can simply block the offending images with a simple right-click and selection from a context menu. I usually just block the the entire directory where the image is hosted. That way, should the witless individual in question decide to update his avatar with a new dick-pic, I never have to see it (provided that he uses the same account on the same image hosting site.)
 
Personally spekain (if I may coz ain't been on here long), using a photo of a penis as an avatar is something, well, .... no the knid of thing a gentlemen should be doing.
