Can you work sensitivity back in to a breast?

My girlfriend fell when she was 17 off a motorcycle and landed on her side and her right tit... well, she lost a lot of sensitivity in that breast and when I suck on her nipple she can feel it but not as much as her other one...

Is that basically... it? Or can I slowly get more feeling back into it if I continue to apply kisses and touches and strokes to it (she hasn't had a boyfriend in 4 years so she hasn't gotten much work on her breasts, I'm thinking).

I just want her to feel good all over her body.

No, not if the lack of feeling is caused by nerve damage, which is probably the case. You may just have to focus on other places!
