CETA is a free trade agreement signed in 2017 between Canada and Europe. It has nothing to do with the U.S.

Free Trade between Canada and USA began in 1965, and that initial signed agreement was called the Auto-Pact.

NAFTA was signed in 1994, a full-on Free Trade agreement between Canada and USA.

in 2020, CUSMA (CanadaUSAMexicoAgreement) replaced NAFTA.

in 2025, USA unilaterally BROKE the deal, indicating the value of their President's signature...
