trini had our baby girl (tue into wed) and so far, so good. She delivered by c-section and the baby is doing better than the doctors expected. Because she and I can not get a hold of one another right now (I am without a phone and she is still pulling herself together from the birth) my news is about 5 days old....but at this point no news IS good news.

I plan on letting her friend know about this thread when I mail her on myspace...it will make Trin smile to know that others were helping her with prayers and thoughts. And also, I lit one.

Thank you for the update, Luna and I'm glad the baby is doing better than expected, that is good news :)

Thanks for the update and I hope things continue to go well, our thoughts and prayers are will the three of you!
 
I just brought this back up here because I'm sure they're not out of the woods yet. This may yet be the most difficult part of it all and Trini could use all the thoughts and well-wishes we can give. Re-lit.

a note for those who wanna know

Baby girl Jakse is scheduled for her 1st surgery this Tuesday (the 16th). It is considered extremely high risk and Trini is very worried but bravely holding on. The baby is beautiful (looks just like her mommy) and is eating well and managing to gain some weight (though she was a chunky butt at birth 9 lbs 5 oz). The doctors aren't saying much but they are pleased with how well she has done so far.

So please, ya'll...put Trini in your prayers. Thanks bunches
