Can't access my member page?

Every time I click on my screen name to access my member page and potentially submit a new story, I only get a blank page with a spinning wheel. What's going on?

Can't access my member profile

I haven't been able to access since Monday 4/2. Any help is appreciated.
 
Mine went off sometime in the pm of the 2nd. It's getting frustrating because I want to write and load a new chapter now.
 
I can't access mine on my tablet, but I can on my chromebook. Maybe it's a browser related issue.
 
Browser issue with member page?

I also haven't been able to access my member page on IE 10 for that last few days, but I still can if I use firefox as a browser. Can someone from tech confirm there is an issue, or if IE 10 is no longer supported?

Doesn't work for me in FireFox on Win 10, but does work in Cyberfox (once I logged in). I installed Cyberfox after FF updated and borked all my addons and media downloading tools.
 
My bad. Ran CCleaner, which flushed my browser cache, and now it loads correctly.
 
No access to member page on IE 10 still

Tried CCleaner, still can't get in on IE 10.
 
New GUI Stopped Working Issue

Have discovered above access issue with the "new" GUI, which was working fine until the last few days.
Not working:
IE 11.0.9600.18893 (native w/Win 7 Pro 64-bit)
AT&T Droid Browser 5.70.13

Working:
Firefox 58.0.2 (64 bit)
Firefox for Android 59.0

I suspect some new "feature" has been added using incompatible code.
Feature = a bug as described by Marketing.
Lack of legacy support is annoying.
 
Still shut out after five days, it's a shame as I was enjoying writing for the site. Guess I will have to give up.
 
Member page not available

I'm having the same problem as the others. Can someone from tech at least acknowledge that the issue exists, even if there is no fix at present?
 
edit profile

I'm not even sure what a member page is, but I can't access my 'edit profile' page. Every link I click that should take me there takes me instead to 'edit e-mail and password.' (I'm in Win7, using Chrome browser)

Anyone else having this problem? Any fix in sight?
 
Member page

Clearing your browser cache may also help. I wasn't able to access my member page from a cached link but could from a link I happened to find on the message board. I'd thought it was my browser period, but it's not.
 
Locked out a whole week now, it's frustrating because I was posting a series of stories and I have one new chapter prepared separately and ready to publish. I've thought about re registering with a different name, but of course that risks losing continuity with the several thousand original readers.
 
Working now

My old iPad and I.E. 11 are both working again today. I didn't change anything on my software so perhaps things are working again on the site.

I did download Chrome to my desktop and that worked all last week.

Thanks Tech team for correcting. Much easier to check comments, and stats on my postings from my iPad.
 
Mine still is not working. Seriously, can we at least get an acknowledgment from the powers that be that they are working on the problem? That's all we ask.
 
I've been unable to access my control panel page for about 5 hours. Not sure what's going on.
