cant logon to chat

it says i need a java compatible browser and no matter what i try i cant get on, can someone help, please

I had that same problem recently. I eventually had to download Java because it was not preinstalled on my laptop. Once I did that, I could log on with no problems.

I'm guessing you could try download.com That's where I get most of my freebie software.

You have to go through the main site to get to chat, CR - it's not on the forum part of the site.

The chatroom has been having a lot of problems because there is some sort of glitch. Just thought I'd let you know in case you do get in but get kicked out just PM a mod with your username and IP address and they will work on getting you back in.
