Something white is falling outside.

Well just got back from the MD and he pulled more blood, then he decides to give me a EKG for some reason, seems I dropped 12 Lbs. in 12 days of not smoking, I thought people were supposed to gain weight.

The diagnosis is that I have a bad case of Spring fever, he recommends a 2 week vacation in Hawaii

Wowowowowow you can't afford to lose 12 lb.s damn. Hope that happens to me but have my doubts.

Some new diet.

I think it's called the stop smoking diet, all I did was quit tobacco, he is wondering how come I am dropping weight, I eat salads like a rabbit and consume fish low in cholesterol and high in Omega3.

I try and live on produce and cut sugar intake.

Now I should mention that to the RN at the cessation group, see what she says.

How is it going for you, you did stop.......right.......I am right.......
now I am hoping your following a program.

Hey SS....been a while! It is freezin' here too and got snow last night just as if I were Upstate. Definately need some warmth to help melt and turn to wetness (the snow of course)!

Greetings from the New York Tundra.

So far no ice and snow, now if it would stay that way.

Had a 2 Hr. visit in a dentist chair (felt like the electric chair) today, he now has me on a anti-biotic, seems like root canal work is the project of the day....."oh no, more bills".

Got the supper done and out of the way, low calorie Spanish rice, non-fryed chicken, green salad with Italian dressing and finally time for going online.

I think I would like to go running outside tonight and see how long it would take to run a mile at 20 Deg. F., I should be able to set a record.......brrrrrrr.

I hope to get poem up tonight........it has been a tough one to write this week, seems like it has been haunting me.

Awww sky that's all i've been dreaming of is Hawaii....okkk well other things too but I won't get into that. And are you CRAZY to go running in this weather and why are you eating salads....man you are confusing me. YOur as skinny as a rail....eat meat and potatoes will ya...geeshhh

Well, with this Winter we are getting I will not see anything above 65 Deg. F. until March.

I thought salads were supposed to be healthy for 'ya.

Maybe I should write out a new dinner schedule for this week, Lobster tails, Phesant under glass, chocolate moose for desert
