Caramel in hair...how do I get it out?

I can't cut the hair and it isn't washing out. It is the center of a Cadbury egg.

HELP!!!!!

Try ice.

Hold the ice on the caramel. Caramel will harden and you should be able to remove it. Might take a couple of hairs with it, but better than cutting.

I think some one told me mayonnaise works, but that might be for gum.

I would stick with ice.

peanut butter....

I think i was 10 when i was crawling around the dog compound than i went through the dog door that connects to our basement and Bam, right into one of those stickey fly traps... I had dead spiders and flys and several live flys and spiders stuck in my hair... I was screaming and crying and freaking out to high hell... my mom rushed me into the kitchen and washed out what she could than coated my head in peanut butter... and got the rest out.. no clue how or why it works and no clue if it'll work on caramel... i had to deal with fly paper.. but it's worth a shot... it's a good moisturizer...

Seriously....Don't be afraid to use the WD-40.
It will get it out like nothing else. Trust me on this one.

ice most likely... I never understood the peanut butter thing.
also, damn cloth, a comb and some warm water will loosen it up for you to comb/drag the cloth over it ... shampoo of course.

Actually BlueSugar, I tried the ice thing and shampooing and neither worked. But the peanut butter did.
