Carnal Instincts (closed)

Camilla rolled over, pulling her blanket half over her body, trying to relax, "Thank you, Kailey. You're a good sister." It came out naturally, before she could stop herself from saying it. Kailey really was like her sister already. She peeked over her shoulder to see Kailey enter sleep-mode, and decided to leave it at that.

She fell asleep almost instantly, falling into a nightmare about Adam. She twisted and turned in bed, trying to wake herself from the nightmare. She shot straight up in bed, tears looming in the corner of her eyes as she finally broke free. And then she did what she always wanted to do, when she would wish she had an older sister. She crawled into bed with Kailey, hoping to find peaceful sleep with her.

Kailey fell asleep quickly and slept soundly, sleeping partially on her back and partially on her stomach with her sheet over her body.

She didn't wake up when Camilla crawled into her bed, but purred softly in her sleep subconsciously enjoying the feeling of someone's body pressing against her back, which in any other situation would have been Mikey.

She woke up early, before her alarm buzzed, and panicked slightly when she realized someone else was in her bed, looking over to see it was Camilla. She slid out of bed cautiously and grabbed her running shoes and her iPod to go for a run, not wanting to wake Camilla and create an awkward situation so early in the day.

She ran her usual five miles, the entire time wondering how the hell Camilla wound up her her bed.

When Camilla woke up, Kailey was gone. She blushed bright red. Kailey must think she was a total weirdo! She sure hoped not...that's the last thing she needed now, more fights. She got up and did a quick work out, hopping in the shower immediately. Kailey had felt so warm and soft...she couldn't get it off her mind.

As she dried off and got dressed for school, Camilla wondered if Kailey was going to ask her about it.

Kailey got back and noticed Camilla was in the kitchen so she went upstairs to grab a shower and get ready for school.

She put on a pair of Seven jeans and a pink t-shirt, and left her hair wavy, doing her makeup before packing her backpack and going downstairs to make a smoothie for breakfast.

Part of her hoped she'd be running late so Camilla would have already left for school, but she was sitting in the kitchen.

"Hey" she said as she grabbed the yogurt and the fruit out of the fridge.

Camilla looked at Kailey as she bit down into the apple she was holding, chewing slowly. "Hi." she said after swallowing. "You look...pretty. Something special happening today?" she smiled at her in a friendly way, hoping to clear the air of anything Kailey might be suspicious of.

She got up, putting her hand on Kailey's arm, "I had the weirdest dream last night!"

"Thanks," Kailey said to Camilla. "Nothing special, just finally got most of my clothes unpacked so I can find things easier," she explained, pouring her smoothie into a travel cup. She played with her lip ring when Camilla put her hand on her arm, telling her about her dream.

"Yeah?" she asked, glancing at her, trying not to make the situation anymore awkward.
