Hello lovetoread

Hi ltr!

Glad you are feeling better and with us again. We have missed you. I think you are right! Ms Des the untouchable angel of mercy has started to enthrall the masses. OK maybe it is just me that is enthralled. But anyhow I just want her to play nurse to my doctor. :p :p :p

Have a good weekend ltr.

I'm baaaaaack

Okay, maybe you didn't miss me, but I missed you guys, wow didn't post yesterday at all! hmmm come to think of it, I wasn't online at all yesterday either arghghghghg!

Welcome to the new people, like PZ said, hope ya find a home here and keep posting. Nothing wrong with an education in PE if you can converse in other languages BigTallPaul.

VeryBadGirl, you frustrated? I still have visions of you screaming in the chair! (and yes I agree with PZ, screamers are definate keepers!) Hope the weekend eases your frustrations.

LTR! wow, good to see you back on again. We missed ya dear!

Des, sponge baths do nothing for me personally. But that is coming from someone that spent quite some time in the hospital. I was friends with most of the nurses and can tell ya most of em are super sweet. But sitting in bed and getting a sponge bath does nothing for me, however, a nurse that likes to give head.. well that is another story all together.

WOW, the start of a weekend, football 2 days! PZ good luck to your Raiders, may we meet in two weeks!

Everyone knows who I pull for....

GO PACKERS!

"Enthralling the masses"

Geez, a girl corrects a little statement and all this fuss??? ;)
I better start watching what I say when I get the urge to be a smartass. LOL

LTR... good to have you back with us. I was getting kind of lonely for you.

VeryBadGirl.... good luck with your project to become irresistable. Hope you won't be frustrated any longer. (unlike some of the rest of us).....

Hmmm PZ... I kinda like the phrase "untouchable angel of mercy". If I ever make it to 1000 posts, can I use it?

Packerlvr, Snoozebutton, and BigTallPaul, hope you guys have a great weekend and enjoy your football.

See, I can behave myself in a post. Don't know what's got into me lately.
oh yeah, its whats not gotten into me thats causing me to misbehave

Well Des,

I'm not into "Pro" Football at all. I actually don't like "Pro" Sports at all. I always preferred amateur. It really loses something for me when they are in the pro ranks. I'll tell you one thing, you sure seem to be one sexy woman...

ummm fergot this last evening...

CONGRATS sb on yer 100th post, can't wait to see the av you pick out buddy!
I knew when I posted last that I had left something out... well I am over 1/4 there... maybe in this lifetime...

BTP, I have a few friends that have tried to convert me to being a fan of amatuer sports. Nothing wrong with it, it is pure, but it is not tainted. Since it all comes down to money in one form or another, at least let's work with a cap and it is all out in the open :).

Hope everyone has a SUPER weekend!

Ahh

Sports of any kind confuse me. I just watch for the cute guys. ;)

I am having a clean up the house week end. anyone want to help?

Have a great Saturday everyone.

~LTR

House Cleaning?

Yuk! LTR... hope you can find some help with that. Mine is in pretty good shape right now, just have to straighten out a few things before I have company this evening. Do try and have some fun this weekend.

I'm also confused by sports, but you're right... watching the cute guys can be fun. ;)

Have a great day everybody!

Where do you live "lovetoread?" Maybe not this weekend, but I might find the time soon to "Help" you out in some ways...
It's very cold and rainy up here in the Salisbury area today. I just woke up...had a rather late last night...
*winks*

I am honored ma'am!

Des you can use my phrase or anything else I have that I can interest you in!! :p

I know sports talk bores or holds no interest for the ladies (and others) but you must forgive us for the next few weeks. Super Bowl only happens once a year and it is "crunch" time.

BTP I prefer amateur sports too (with the exception of football). I almost never watch pro basketball, hockey, baseball, etc. But there are some pro athletes, that in addition to money, play for love of the game. Current and former players such as Cal Ripken in baseball, Howie Long, Johnny Unitas in football, and others. As Packerlvr said in so many words, once you get above community pee-wee or Little League levels, money becomes an intergal part of sports. Major College athletes are very well compensated for their performance in many ways. So sport is sport. The ability levels are different, the openness of compensation is different, but the game is the same. Sorry guys did not mean to go on a rant.

BTW Des and ltr, there are "cute guys" in the stands too. ;)

Come on Snoozebutton....... Where is that AV?

High Tiger. Glad to find Ms ltr's knight protecter visits us. :)

Ms Des please *don't* behave! Your wit puts a smile on all of our faces! (Spoken with tear filled eyes and pleading voice cracking with emotion, as the unofficial president of the Des Fan Club.)

Happy Saturday to all!

Last, but not least: GO RAIDERS

Well maybe I haven't addressed this in this forum yet...but I made my living in sports...still do. I am very involved at the upper echelons of sports...mostly basketball. In other words I am very aware of the situations on a personal level. The reason I love amateur sports is more about the strategy(at least in basketball) and the games aren't just a matter of who will score the most. I enjoy quality defensive games and there aren't enough of them in the NBA. I like the part that the students really are a part of the team and really know the players and go to class with them. This is very unlike people that call some Pro team "My team" or "Our team" when all they do is watch them and have pretty much zero to do with the success of the team. The atmosphere around college sports to me is way beyond that which is around Pro sports and I say that as a professinally paid sportsman.

I think the pro fan that: pays the taxes that builds the venues, that buys the tickets that fill the stands, that buys the merchandise with the team logo to enich team coffers, that watches the team on television to raise advertising revenue, have every right to say "my team" or "our team".

I totally agree with you PZ they are our teams. We have earned that right because while the players always go to the teams with the fat paychecks we get stuck with the bills. Sorry had to speak my piece. But i do wish for another strike so those high priced babies get thrown out and some players with heart are who we pull for every sunday. And i am still looking for a avatar.

My Team, your team, our team...

I totally agree, we have paid the bills, and listened to the hecklers when our favorite team has lost the majority of their games. We have "earned" the right to call them our team. While I agree that there is a pure form of sportmanship out there, I doubt seriously it is to be found above the unorganized back yard game in any sport.

Sigh, how did we get off the sponge baths?

Thanks for the backup guys!

(Snoozebutton and Packerlvr thanks for feeling as I do about "our/my teams" and expressing it. Everyone is entitled to have and express his or her opinions here. But it feels good to know I'm not the only one that feels as I do.)

I think packerlvr has the best idea of all...... Lets get back to Des' sponge bath parlour!

I do have to admit that both my playoff picks went down in defeat today. But there is always Sunday! So........

GO RAVENS GO PACKERS

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

What a game....

PZ, the Raiders/Patriots game was awesome. To go into OT in a playoff game with the conditions on the field, etc just shows how evenly matched they were. Though it ended differently than we hoped, it was a well played game.

4:00 Sunday I shall be in front of the television wearing green and yellow (yes in case anyone wants to know, I do have a cheese head and it also will be out). Go Packers!

Welcome shyframer, this thread is filled with some of the greatest people on literotica.com.

Hey, PZ, have you seen the *new* NFL fan contact lenses? They wrote a small item on it in Reader's Digest (page 20) check out http://www.crazylens.com/main/crazynfl.cfm

Silly boys. After telling me you didn't like them, now you're sighing about them. LOL.

Welcome shyframer. Come back and see us again.

<in case Tiger reads this I was joking!>

LTR

Sweetie, I'll sponge you down anytime. ;)

who said I only offered them to the guys anyway??:p

<in case Tiger reads this I was joking!> hehehehe me too. Just seeing if I can really stir things up!!!!!!!!!

I apologize for going off on so many. It's just that sports has been my profession all my life and it is part of my very fiber of being. To give you an idea how anti-pro sports I am I can go for free to most things and I don't go. Actually in many cases, people like yourselves enjoy watching sports more than I ever would. After being around it all the time for decades you hit a kind of burn out. It is everyone else's fun thing to do on a weekend or some nights...for us it's like a 9-5 job. Frequently the last thing I want to do is watch sports...of any kind. My big thing is computers and women....fine, intelligent, sensual women...like Des for example. I hope I can still get a sponge bath...

Sponge bath?????

Was there an offer of a sponge bath? Did I miss the offer? Can I still make my reservation? Des are you just teasing to see how high I can jump? :( Sponge baths don't hold an allure for me. But I can be converted!

I do need some cheering up after the *review* of the fumble that was reversed.

Love to all!

Hey now guys...

She offered to wash me first. :p

Ya'll go to the back of the line. ;)

Heres good wishes to ya'll sports games.
