spyro1123 said:Round up? It kills just about everything...especially if you paint it onto part of the plant that you have cut. Of course you still have to get rid of the briers after they are dead. (I am sure there are people who will tell me it is the stuff of satan but it works, and its what we use in the state parks on invasive species)
The small patch in our yard gets mowed down every once in a while. Doesnt stop it just keeps it in check. but since we are renting we dont care too much.

faces. I think I've been in & out of here enough to have figured that out. Which is why I keep coming back when I pop in to Lit.
Camille Savage said:Yeah, but the briers grow up around stuff I don't want to kill. I have used Roundup in the past. I guess I'll just have to be careful where I squirt.
ncfemale said:Thanks I hope to make friends here!

Darq.Desirez said:Instead of spraying it, try pouring some in a bowl or something, then using a small 1 inch paint brush and brush the roundup onto only what you want to kill. Yeah it's more tedious, but you'll be able to target specific vegetation while not harming others.

Actually, though, if you think about it, it's probably the Seinfeld of threads. A thread about nothing. But for some reason, this thread about nothing can be awfully interesting at times (including talk of tata's and dancin' nekkid.)![]()

Camille Savage said:Gosh, that should take me a good, long time. Maybe I just need to learn to love briers.
Paint it on full-strength? Not diluted?
Camille Savage said:I had forgotten about hamster dance. hehehe!
Goodnight DD.
