Casting Call for Frosthold

You're welcome, baby. I am your bitch. Next time just say sic'em and it can be delt with faster.

Shayla Fae'Danan
Race: Half human, Half dragon elf
height: 5'10
weight: 130
age: 96
hair: white blond
eyes: blue
weapon:Longbow, staff with protection runes on it
Occupation: Scout. mage

Shayla's father Soragan had been in line to rule their clan of elves when he had fallen in love with a human. Soragan’s father was furious that his son could actually love a human, so he named Soragan’s brother heir. After their half breed daughter (Shayla) was born her grandfather softened a little, and let Shayla live with the elves for half the year, and spend the other half with her mother’s kin. This ended up being a mixed blessing. She could learn from both cultures, but was never really excepted by either. She couldn’t be with the elves because she was to short to not be picked out as half human. And her wings, and the fact that she was taller than most human men, made it difficult not to stand out with the humans. When she got older it wasn’t a problem as much, but after her mother died, she left both lives, preferring the wilds to the memories

~Gets the sudden feeling that he is all alone and looks around trying to find his fellow posters~

 Guys?.....um where did everybody go?...Hello...Guys? Are you there?

OOC; Frosthold-The Sanguine King

Angus McFee;
Race Human from the Dragontooth Mt's.
Age; 21 Height; 6'6" Weight; 225 (and still growing)
Hair; Dark Brown/Worn in a long braid
Eyes; Black with Gray flecks
Build; Braord shoulders, large arms, narrow waist and strong powerfull legs

Weapons; Master with the long bow,(first drawn bow at age six), Long sword and short sword, dirk (very sharp dagger) and two handed battle axe. A dark green shield with red bull ( ). Last but not the lesser, a stout 6' staff when walking.

Training; Started with the long bow a the age of six, having to leave the other weapons to his older brothers to train with. There was four of them and they did not like the bow. I had the best instructors and became a master with the bow. I was a champion Archer of the glen and of my clan,"McKay" . The other weapons were added as I grew and even at my young age became one of the Clans best fighters.

Lineage; The grandson of Connor McKay and the leader of the Clan McKay. Connor's daughter married Roger Mcfee and had united to clans into one under the banner of McKay. Together they had five sons, Angus beinging the youngest.. With no hope of ever leading the clan (Except in battle) because he was last. His Da and four brothers were before him. He would not fight his own and so he sought permission to leave in search of Knowledge, Wisdom and strength

Magic/Spells; Known only to a few, His mother was a full Druid Priestess and her powers were passed on to Angus, but only to Angus. He is able to use small light spells. His Da and brothers do not know. His Grandfather Connor knows for he is a Druid Priest and does agree to allow Angus to leave on his quest.

Hey Jeremy, they aren't elves.... I'm the only one, (Very Tiggeresc I know)

Rengade, it's your call on the newbie. Some new blood would be good, but does his character fit into your world?

He sent me a PM, but now that i see it again, and i havent been drinking, i have to say no. Frosthold is the whole continent, and there is no "highland scot" as race/profession. If he tweaks it some, and gets rid of having a whole party, then hes more then welcome. mac, keep it to like two-three characters tops, and make sure their well defined. Cahir will later have an army, and Ithicas character is warchief leading a raid, so its okay for individual soldiers to pop up for the sake of story, but dont try to roleplay a whole party, because i have rarely seen it work. That being said, id like to have you with us with some character tweaking

OK, I can do that. Let me make it that I am coming out of the Dragontooth mountains from a small band held up there for years.

Angus McFee is coming down to the lowlands to find a master to help develope his magical skills and spells. He is accompanied by his life long friend and companion Raff Campbell.

Raff Campbell
race; Human
Age; 21/22 not sure foundling raised with Angus
Height; 6'4" Weight; 250 Lbs Hair; White/worn in a braid Eyes; Deep blue
Build; Large (but not fat) very muscular and powerful
Warrior; Long sword, lance, battle axe, mace and shield.

Hello all,

Is this thread still open? Although I gotta warn you all, I'm nust a noobie too.

Heck, I can't even speel. :D

 I don't know if we should let you Mantra. We are mean to noobies. I've gone over your other posts and you are quite the sadistic bastard so I don't know... ;)

Of course you can, honey. Just post your character's specs and an intro.

QUOTE]

That's just a part of my lovable charm and stuff :) I'm just misunderstood is all.

Can I get a quick synopsis of what's going on and I have another question: Just how much 'like Warcraft' are the Orcs in this game, and are there 'orc minions' available as well? (Like trolls or worgs)

Name: Druz Bonebasher
Race: Orc
Height: 5' 5"
Weight 240 lb
Age: 23
Occupation: Under Chief/WarSinger (battle priest)
Weapons: Pair of heavy, obsidian and iron-shod, spiked maces (smash'em and bash'em) Thunderlance (enchanted heavy spear) Throwing axe, Sling w/stones

Druz is the eldest (surviving) son of one of the many Orc chieftans living in the mountain retreats of the orc lands. He has made a bit of a name for himself bith as a battle priest as well as a raid leader and negotiator among the clans (or at least as diplomacy goes between orcs) Lately he has been going about seeking some unity and stability between the orcs and their neighbors, in order to protect the Orcish way of being against the encroachments of the 'Big uns, Little uns, Fuzzies and Pointies'.

This work?

Hrist (my character) is the leader of the warriors of Lough Orainn (like a tribe of Amazons). They were asked by the elves to track down a slave wagon train because they kidnapped the elf leaders granddaughter. Hrist's group was scouting around the wagons and freed the slave, Ty (Jeremy's character), a cat-girl. Hrist's group was attacked during their retreat and were helped by Cahir and Forgall (rengadeirish's characters), Cahir is prince of Frosthold and Forgall is his side-kick, watcher guy, they are trying to raise an army. The slavers have all been killed and the slaves are going to be freed and we are just waiting for Ankara's character to wake up.

I don't know about the Orcs so you will have to wait for Rengade. :D

hi...........

does the characters of Angus McFee and Raff Campbell fit your story line or do they need more tweaking? Please advise.

Thank you
MacMillian

mantra-the High Orcs are like the warcraft 3 orcs, savage, yet noble and shamanistic. the fell orcs are like the Lotr orcs, evil and whatnot. While the high orcs are ugly, the fell orcs are seriosuly deformed and misshappen

mac-your good

OK, so am I good to go so I can eat MacMillian's character? Um, I mean, start posting stories and stuff?

*Innocent look*
