What if it's a carryover from a scene between Sig and the cop, and the cop gets turned on and Sig sees it. She visits his trailer afterwards and blows him. Coming out of the cop's trailer Sig bumps into Holly. Sig tells Holly to try it she might like as she licks the cop's cum from her finger.
