we had ice and snow here in the DC area last Tuesday. the roads are back to normal now, but there's ice piles everywhere! If you didn't get it shoveled last tuesday, it's still ice, and won't be going anywhere until later this week, when they we're supposed to get in to the 50s.

BG, I'm with you, I HATE winter!!!!

More snow. B broke the snow shovel. he had to walk down the street to the hardware store because we can't get the car out of the garage until he shovels. Is it mean that I laughed?

Hi sweety, I'm doing fine, thanks! Wish we had some good snow here. We had just a bit a few weeks ago, but here in NL it's always, I don't know..... worthless. We get some snow, so it's fun for a few hours. But then most of the time it's just not cold enough so we end up with messy roads and chaos in traffic and not much else....

But I understand the situation is rather extreme at yours at the moment. Don't know if I would wish for thát (although it still sounds cool - literally -) from a distance I'm afraid....

I can picture your Bob - and you - and the whole shovel episode. Hilarious. What else can you do but laugh? Men have such a lack of sense of humor sometimes in situations like this

Exactly! He was so dang serious about it. The more serious he was, the funnier it was to me.

Haha, sometimes men are all the same. Think I've got Bob's brother here; is that possible? And I know what you mean. I'm soo the same as you in situations like that? Makes him want to kill me sometimes and all I can do is start laughing even harder

Rain... hmmmm can cause some tricky situations on the road to with snow and ice below it. So does that mean the worst is over?
