Yes and we can thank Hilary for the Arab Spring, ISIS grew under her and Obama, and there are all those other pesky terrorist attacks. Never mind her idea of diplomacy was trying to provoke the Russians. Then there is the deal with Iran which only made the Iranians happy. I'm not sure the progressives have a good handle on diplomacy or national security. I'm sure you've already brushed off all of this as no big deal or believe only Hilary can save us.

Might want to look at a map or read something before you type. ISIS, in the beginning, was remains of the Iraqi army and al-Qaeda in Iraq. They were driven out by US forces. Unfortunately, President Obama failed to act on the situation as it developed, and like cancer it grew. The President could have moved in and crushed these elements while he still had an army in place to help an ally.

If anyone in this country still believes ANYTHING the media has to say, then you are a fool, and will be taken as one. The media's job, when it comes to politics, is to vet ALL of the candidates during an election year, so the American public is well informed. They stopped doing that in 2008. How many of us heard about Obama's political start? Where he got his launch from? Or about the pastor in the church he attended for years that has a racist preacher at the pulpit? NONE OF US HEARD IT FROM THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA! They stopped doing their job.
And this year, how many of you believed the polls, that Hillary was going to win this in a walk? And how many of you noticed that EVERY story on the news about the GOP is negative, yet every story about Hillary or Obama was glowing, and did nothing but show them in a great light?
You can't trust the media anymore. They do nothing but lie to spin their own agenda. If you can't see that, then you're not looking at anything objectively.

Sources close to the president of Taiwan and U.S. President-elect Donald Trump are giving the lie to the Trump team’s assertion that a controversial call from Taiwan’s Pres. Tsai Ing-wen was simply a spontaneous call of congratulations.

The Washington Post spoke with sources within the Taiwanese government and the Trump transition team who confirmed that the call was actually planned months in advance after extensive negotiations on each side.

The Post‘s Anne Gearan, Philip Rucker and Simon Denyer said that Trump allies characterized the call as “an intentionally provocative move” designed to demonstrate the president-elect’s willingness to dispense with old diplomatic enmities and alliances.

China has lodged a formal diplomatic complaint in the wake of the call, causing many to further question whether the Republican president-elect’s is temperamentally fit or competent to govern.

The Taiwanese and U.S. governments have maintained a respectful distance since 1979. Taiwan broke free of mainland China and is considered a rogue province by the Chinese government. In order not to antagonize China — largest trade partner and a strategic ally to the U.S. — American officials have pursued a hands-off approach to Taiwan.

When news of the call spread and the diplomatic community reacted with shock, the Trump team sought to characterize the call as a friendly “congratulatory” call between Pres. Tsai and the former reality TV star.
